3D Forms
The exhibition will be primarily the wood carvings and sculptures of Paul Gunningham as a follow on to Paul’s 2023 3D Forms exhibition, and featuring all new works in a variety of timbers, styles and forms.
Sarah Gunningham will also exhibit some of her art works including coloured pencil drawing, quilting and bag making.
There will also be a display of creative works made by upcycling old books, and a few Piet Mondrian style paintings for good measure.
This exhibition will enchant a wide audience.
Along the Garden Path
This exhibition is open for entries from both members and non-members.
The theme will be something magic to do with a garden, flora, fauna or landscape setting in mediums such as painting, drawing, mixed media, collage, photography, 2D and 3D works. Artwork will be available for purchase during the exhibition.
We organise this exhibition to run alongside the Garden Marlborough weekend as artworks will have a 'garden' theme.

The Art of Wellbeing
The Art of Wellbeing Exhibition in Marlborough is an annual event organized by CARE Marlborough to celebrate Mental Health Awareness Week. This exhibition showcases artwork that highlights the healing power of creativity and hope. It will be held from October 8th to October 20th, 2024, at the Marlborough Art Society in Blenheim

Members' Annual Exhibition
Not to be missed! This is the much-anticipated Members' Annual Exhibition showcasing the wonderful talents of our supportive members.
The exhibition will consist of various mediums including painting, drawing, mixed media, photography and 3D works.
There are various awards which are presented at the preview evening on Friday 23rd August - The Stella de Gruchy Cup for the best painting, the Patrons' Award to be voted on by one of our Patrons - Walter Scott, plus there are 5 Drawing Room vouchers presented to worthy winners.

Remastered
After having a break in 2023 we are pleased to welcome back our ever-popular exhibition entitled "Remastered".
This exhibtion provides so much opportunity to educate , inform, and celebrate all genres. Art that amazes, delights the senses, challenges and reminds us of the many incredible artists who have come before and who continue to influence art in 2024
Entries welcomed from both members and non-members, this exhibition will showcase art based on famous paintings or artists. All media will be accepted.
For this exhibition please provide an A5 image of the original artwork plus a short written piece about your work describing the original painting(s) and the artist. You might like to describe the way the artist inspired or influenced your piece and your creative journey. It must be your own work. (If you need assistance with this please let us know).

Wondrous Watercolour
We are thrilled to announce an upcoming exhibition featuring the beautiful works of the members of the Watercolour Groups who attend our weekly classes at MAS. Hawaiki Hou – The New Hawaiki
Hawaiki Hou (The new Hawaiki) is an exhibition that captures the transformative essence of the Hawaiki Kura wānanga. It offers an intimate glimpse into the collective journey of the Hawaiki Kura participants as they reclaim their cultural identity, heal, and connect with like-minded people.
As we welcome the rising of Matariki, this exhibition reminds us of the profound power of mātauranga Māori to heal and empower our people as they set out to navigate new horizons.
The exhibition, curated by Kiley Nepia, will feature works from David James, Pene Aorere, and Keelan Walker.
